We endeavour to ensure that our employees are aware of, and comply with, their obligations in relation to the handling of personal information. Only properly authorised employees are permitted to see or use personal information held by Omni Group Pty Ltd and, even then, only to the extent that it is relevant to their roles and responsibilities.

Your personal information will not be sold to any other organisation for that organisation’s unrelated independent use. Further, we will not share your personal information with any organisations, other than those engaged by us to assist us in the provision of our products and services (as described above).

Security Policy
When purchasing from Omni Group Pty Ltd your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.256-bit SSL Encryption provides an extra layer of protection for our users. This protection helps defend against login and password theft, which is particularly common in today’s wireless society. The secondary benefit of 256-bit SSL Encryption is to help overcome the speed issues related to ISP throttling and bottlenecks. Most ISPs do not want to throttle or bottleneck 256-Bit SSL Encrypted data because this kind of data is routinely used to send sensitive data (financial information, logins, passwords, credit card info, etc). Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using multiple shipping/freight partners. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Before processing your order we will arrange the most efficient and cost effective dispatch method available. Once we confirm this freight charge with you we will then process your order.

Depending on your location within Australia allow for extra time for shipping. We do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on 1300 764 963 to enquire about a special order.

Machinery/Tools Delivery Time Frames 
  1. Standard Delivery Time for Stock Machines:
    1. All standard tools and machines available in stock will be dispatched within 5 business days.
  2. Express Machine Dispatch Service:
    1. An express delivery option is available for an additional $250.00 + GST.
  3. Exceptions to Standard Time Frames:
    1. Machines not held in stock.
    2. Machines requiring custom additions such as weighing systems.
    3. Orders for 3 or more pallet wrapping machines.
    4. Orders for 8 or more small machines or tools such as void fill machines or handheld strapping tools.

Next-Day Delivery Service
This service is available across all areas on all stocked items. All orders placed after 10:00am and before 4.30pm AEST are delivered as next day delivery unless a special request is made. All orders placed after 4:30pm AEST each working day are processed the following working day for the next day delivery.

Same-Day Delivery Service
This service is available across all metropolitan areas on all stocked items and before 10:00am AEST^.  Freight costs will be advised.

Customer Service Policy
Omni Group Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to inform us if an order does not arrive in a timely manner, allowing for freight carriers to provide normal delivery time frames to your address. If an order does not arrive please inform us. Once we learn an order has not arrived within the approximate delivery time frame, we will lodge enquiries with the freight provider to search for the order. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery but will seek compensation on your behalf for orders which do not arrive at all.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery by a freight provider or Omni Group Pty Ltd does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Refund and Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website. If you receive a product that you believe is significantly not as described, please contact us. After discussing the issue with us, we will, at our discretion, refund your money after the return of the product/s. It will be your responsibility to return the item/s back to our address (at your cost, unless we are at, and have acknowledged fault) in their original condition before a refund will be issued. Any item that we intentionally sell damaged will be clearly marked as such. Please note that Omni Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any goods returned with no exchange.  

Damage Waiver
The charge is equal to approx. 2.5% of the original value of the machine being leased. Machine depreciation or contract length does not reduce this figure. In consideration of the Damage Waiver Levy, the Supplier will be liable for and bear the cost of repairs to the machinery to ensure it is operating at an optimum level. The machine must be serviced as per Supplier recommendations to maintain this insurance cover. This is effectively an extended warranty on the machine components (not consumable, service items or damaged components not consistent with normal operation of the machine with the normal production loading equipment.). This insurance for the period of the machine rental and is to be read in line with the factory warranty conditions (refer to Omni Group website for terms).  In the event where there is any damage to the Equipment in the case of misuse and or negligence the Customer will be responsible for any costs to rectify the machine to operating condition. In the instance where an insurance levy or repair claim has taken place for the leased Equipment, the Customer must repair the machine within the following month and in all cases before terminating the rental agreement or returning the machine. The levy does not cover the cost of parts used in servicing or wear and tear, or if the Customer is not up to date with meeting service requirements, refer to Clause 27. Insurance in Section 28 does not apply when the damage waiver is paid. In cases where in the opinion of the supplier the machine requires extensive repairs, the damage waiver will cover costs of substituting the machine with one of similar to original rental agreement. The Supplier will only cover a total of claim up to 10% of the machinery value. In the instance where more than one insurance or repair claim has taken place for the leased Equipment, the Supplier reserves the right to terminate the damage waiver agreement or increase the damage waiver % fee as payment, but only to the extent of recouping the estimated costs of future claims.

Pricing Policy
All product prices listed on this website are ‘Exclusive of GST’. All transactions undertaken through this website are processed in AUD.

We accept the following credit card payments: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Please note that a 3% surcharge will be applied to all American Express transactions. A copy of your tax invoice will either be sent with your goods or emailed.
