Our plastic pallet bags are made from a clear, 50um thick LDPE material. These bags offer a protective cover to shield your pallets from moisture, dirt, and dust without the need for heat shrinking. Measuring at 2500mm in width, these bags are made to suit a standard pallet size of 1220mm square and 1900mm high. They are conveniently packaged in 50 per roll for quick and straightforward application. 

For more robust requirements, the pallet shrink film is a heavy-duty alternative to regular stretch wrap. Made in the form of bags and tubing, this LDPE shrink material conforms to the contour of your pallet loads when exposed to heat. This shrink tubing is best applied using a gas-fired heat shrink gun. While heat shrink film serves as a sturdier option, it does come at a higher cost.  

Pallet shrink tubing provides a versatile solution for securing irregular loads or items with sharp or protruding edges, such as machinery or pallets of bricks. It is available in both clear and black plastic with 100um and 150um thickness options. This tubing is a continuous roll of shrinkable plastic that can be easily cut to size. The black coloured pallet tubing is ideal for those seeking additional security and privacy for their load.  

Our pallet heat shrink bags are designed for ultimate durability and resistance to punctures, thereby making it a suitable option for heavy, sharp, or irregular shaped pallet loads like machinery and pumps. These 100um thick shrinkable bags fit the common pallet size of 1220mm square by 1850mm high.
