• Crunched paper is ideal for general void packaging and cushioning needs. Produced in 50 and 80gsm. These 380mm wide Z-folded paper packs are dispensed through our Paperfil machines for seamless and efficient packing.
• The paper pad type void fill packaging is used for fragile and heavy items, providing a denser cushioning system. These pads are made by converting two layers of kraft paper into a sturdy 3D crimped shape, ensuring high density and maximum protection. It's the go-to option for securely bracing items during shipping.  
• For portable use and smaller volumes, PaperFil Paper Void Fill now comes in convenient dispenser boxes. This paper packaging option is ideal for retail shops and e-commerce centers. The convenient and user-friendly design removes the need for dispenser machines, allowing for easy portability.

Complementing the void fill options, we have designed dispensing machines to suit both types of paper packaging. For paper pads, our machines convert paper rolls into durable pads via a 3D crimped process. These dispensing units are available in high-speed models for larger volume operations and with savvy features like an overhead storage hopper.
