201. Promotion Period
The "Prezzee Gift Card Promotion" (hereafter referred to as the "Promotion") is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 20th March 2024, at 7:30 AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and will conclude on Sunday, 24th March 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST (referred to as the "Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all customers who make qualifying purchases through the Omni Group's official website (www.omnigroup.com.au) during the Promotion Period. To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must be individuals who are 18 years of age or older and residents of Australia. Employees of the Omni Group, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Qualifying Purchase
To qualify for the Promotion, participants must spend a minimum of $500 AUD in a single online order on the Omni Group website during the Promotion Period. The $500 AUD threshold applies to the total retail price of the order,excluding any additional charges such as shipping, handling, and taxes.

4. Reward
Eligible participants will receive a $50 AUD Prezzee Gift Card ("Gift Card") as a reward for making a qualifying purchase. The Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Prezzee and can be used to make purchases at select retailers.

5. Gift Card Delivery
The Gift Card will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with the qualifying purchase within 14 business days after the end of the Promotion Period. Participants are responsible for providing a valid and correct email address. The Omni Group will not be responsible for Gift Cards that are not received due to incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Limitations
Each participant is eligible to receive only one (1) Gift Card, regardless of the total value of their qualifying purchase(s) during the Promotion Period.
The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts provided by the Omni Group.

7. General Conditions
The Omni Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion without prior notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any circumstances outside of its control.
By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Omni Group, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

8. Privacy
Participants' personal information collected during the Promotion will be used in accordance with the Omni Group's privacy policy, available at www.omnigroup.com.au/privacy-policy, including for the administration of the Promotion and the delivery of the Gift Card.

9. Liability
The Omni Group and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of participating in the Promotion or the use of the Gift Card, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
