To securely fasten the clip around the strapping, a 16mm PET sealer tool is used which clamps the metal together. As the name suggests, ‘open type’ seals have an opening on one side to slide the strap into before fastening it closed.
Polyester strapping can be applied manually with hand tools and metal clips, or a PET Sealless Strapping Tool can be used as an all-in-one automated solution.
